Yogurt Kebbeh

Ingredients

  • 1L Al Safi yogurt
  • 1 cup Al Safi fresh cream
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cornstarch
  • 10-12 boiled kebbeh
  • Fried pine seedsand corianderfor garnish

Method

  1.  Pour yogurt in a pan and bring to boil.
  2.  Beat the egg with cornstarch, add yogurt.
  3.  Now add fresh cream and stir.
  4.  Add boiled kebbeh to the boiled yogurt.
  5.  Serve in a bowl, garnish it with pine seeds and coriander.
