Mushroom Omelette

Ingredients

  • 150g AlSafi cheese
  • (feta, mozzarella)
  • 5 - 7 mushrooms
  • 100g butter
  • 5 eggs
  • Rocket leaves for garnish
  •  

Method

  1.  
  2.  Fry mushrooms with butter in a pan.
  3.  Remove the mushrooms.
  4.  Whisk eggs with salt and pepper andpour it in the pan.
  5.  Add cheese and the roasted mushrooms.
  6.  Garnish with rocket leaves and go mmmmm!
