• 1 pack AlSafi feta cheese
• 4-5 sweet potatoes
• ½ cup olive oil
• 100g pumpkin seeds
• Salt and pepper
• Spring onionfor garnish

Method

2.  Take a pan and toss potato cubes in itwith olive oil, salt and pepper.
3.  Transfer the potatoes into a bowl.
4.  Sprinkle pumpkin seeds and feta cheese.
