Potato Cheese Balls

Ingredients

  •  
  • 1/2; cup AlSafi cream
  • 400g AlSafi Cheese
  • 4-5 potatoes
  • ½ cup parsley
  • Salt and pepper
  • For frying:
  • 500g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Accompaniment:
  • Tomato sauce dip
  •  

Method

  1.  Boil the potatoes and mash them in a bowl.
  2.  Add cream, chopped parsley,salt and pepper.
  3.  Create balls with cheese inside.
  4.  Roll them in flour, then dip them in egg and breadcrumbs.
  5.  Fry until brown.
  6.  Enjoy with tomato sauce dip.
