Ingredients

• 200g AlSafi cream cheese
• 150g AlSafi cream
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 150g granola
• 150g strawberry coulis
• Fresh strawberries for garnish

Method

2.  Start with cream cheese in a bowl,add cream and vanilla and whip it together.
3.  Place granola at the bottom of the bowl, add cheese mix and strawberry coulis.
