Fish with Creamy Lemon Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup AlSafi cooking cream
  • 3-4 fish fillets
  • ½ cup fish broth
  • 1 lemon
  • 100g butter
  • Capers, parsley andlemon zest for garnish
  •

Method

  1.  Take the fish and cover it with flour.
  2.  Fry it in the pan with butter.
  3.  Remove the fish, add fish broth,lemon juice and cooking cream.
  4.  Place the fillets in a plate, top it with sauce. Garnish it with capers, parsley and      lemon zest.
