Cheese Roll

Ingredients

  •  
  • 200g x 3 AlSafi cheese
  • (kashkaval, mozzarella, feta)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbs flour
  • ½ water
  • 10 spring roll sheets
  • Salt and pepper
  • Parsley and pomegranateto garnish
  • Accompaniment:
  • Tomato sauce dip
  •  

Method

  1.  
  2.  Take all three types of cheese in a bowl.
  3.  Add salt, pepper, parsley and eggs.
  4.  Mix them well with flour and water.
  5.  Drop a spoonful of the mixture on the spring roll sheets.
  6.  Roll it, and dip the edges in flour and water.
  7.  Fry until done.
  8.  Garnish with parsley and pomegranate.
  9.  Serve with tomato sauce dip.
